which one might be more efficient. One is a dual P4 1.2Ghz and the other is
a quad PIII Xeon 700Mhz.

i've installed the msde 2000 on a win98.

SQL Server 6.5 Database
I have %subj% and I need to attach it to SQL 2000. Now I
installed SQL 6.5 (and SP5) on Win2000 - all seems be
working. I copy my DB to data directory. DB shows in
Enterprise manager but has no tables or other objects.
