service account expiring passwords
I want to using a windows AD account to run the sql server and agent services
that has an expiring password. Issue is that when that passowrd expires and
then the servers is rebooted...the sql server service won't start.
any ideas on how i can deal with this situation in a secure fashion, but
without manu ...

auditing database/server activities
with increased concern of security these days. what are people using to
audit the activities on a sql server database?
if they use in the box tools, is the audit trail managable?

Cant create/edit stored procs in VS.Net

The Visual Studio help says that I can use the Server Explorer to
create/edit stored procedures. The example says to right click the server

Simple way to prevent others from viewing my procedures?
I want to create a database and my core procedures and functions. I want
another programmer to write all ancillary procedures and a vb front-end. I
want him to be able to run/call the existing procedures, view all table data
but not be able to view my procedures.
What is a simple way to achieve this?
